Who are we? What are we to become? Who am I? Who are you?

The answer lies in the context of the society that we hold. The society in which there are certain expectations that judge us at every minuscule second, based on how we look, our likes, and our dislikes. The society we are in creates these trends that force us to keep up with and crumble under pressure. Are we being inspired? Or are we trying hard to keep up with these trends to fit in the society we have now? So I ask you again, who are you? Whom do you want to become? You can find yourself by finding your jam and taking a break from social media to explore your likes and dislikes. For example, trying a hobby allows you to grow friends that have similar interests. It also allows you to take some time off of social media and do what you love.

Sometimes, you don’t know who you are. Right now, I don’t, at least.

I don’t know who I am anymore; my whole void is filled with pressure and sadness inside. I don’t know how to fixate my interests. I don’t fit into this society. But I’m trying…

I’m trying my best to overcome these obstacles and exploring my likes and dislikes to find out who I am, and it’s helping. The ideology mentioned above can be challenging to do. I broke my arm trying a sports hobby, and I know it may not be who I am. However, I have found out I enjoy acting, drama, lights, camera, action. I enjoy chasing after my passion in the film industry. Even though my parents do not desire me to join the film industry, I’m working hard with what I got. I enjoy the arts, the poetry, the lights, the cameras, and the actions. I love the right side of my brain, which creates these enjoyable hobbies, which slowly allow me to know who I am.

So who am I? I don’t know, but all I know is one day I will and shall get after the film and writing industry.

Chase after your dreams and shoot for the stars and moon.
